We used SERVPRO after a fire in our home. They were well organized and professional. They did a fantastic job repairing the house. The whole team is communicative and helpful. Dealing with insurance wasn't stressful at all. They worked with them.

In January of 2020 our family home was affected by a fire. There was major smoke damage as well as water damage from the fire fighting efforts. Many of our items were non salvageable. Jennifer Nix was in charge of our soft contents ie: clothing, rugs, shoes, and some precious textiles and sentimental items. Jeni did an exceptional job cleaning and caring for our possessions that were cleanable. I so appreciate her attention to detail and her care of our items.
